First, to recap from our previous post, officially, we are hosting the fly-in beginning Wednesday, June 1st, and concluding on the night of Saturday, June 4th, 2022. However, you may notice a couple extra days added into the tentative schedule below (Tuesday and Sunday), but this is only optional and just a recommendation for the pilots and at the discretion of the new board.
Location of the Fly-in
The fly-in will be at Bulverde Airpark (1T8) just 26 miles north of San Antonio, TX, and 74 miles southwest from Austin.

Anderson Aviation TX is looking forward to being your friendly host FBO and supporting you with all of our aviation needs during our stay there.
Pilots, please check out our FBO FAQ page before contacting Anderson Aviation with your questions.
That said, here are additional information you may want to be aware of….
Airline Services
There are two airports nearby for those who choose to fly airlines: The first is San Antonio International Airport (SAT) which are served by several airlines. The second is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) which are also served by several of the same or different airlines.
Of these two airports, SAT is the closest (26 miles), followed by AUS (74 miles).
Car Rental
Both airports also have various car rental companies for your car rental needs. You can Google search the different companies and decide which one best fits what you’re looking for.
